Cheap Wedding Favors

The previously mentioned wedding favor ideas are great, but if you are on a very strict budget or will have several hundred guests at the reception, less expensive may be your only option. Here are some ideas for cheap wedding favors, less than $1 each:
* Have your favors do double-duty as place card holders. A variety of cute card holders can be had for under a buck, such as these tiny vase favors, adorable teapots, or personalizeable mini chairs (pictured at left), which you can fill with mints or other inexpensive bulk goodies.
* Go for foil-wrapped chocolates, which can double as added table decor. You can easily find various beach, holiday, floral, hobby-related, and other options. Along the same lines, consider placing small decorative candles or tea lights on guest tables.
* Buy mini favor bags and fill with bulk candies or mints.
From whimsical to formal, with some research you can find a good selection of cheap wedding favors for your reception.
