Wedding Rings Help
Like most wedding purchases, ring and band choices are many.
what type of wedding set (if any)?
Traditionally, the groom purchases a two-ring set for his future
bride and proposes by presenting her with the engagement half of the
set. Later, during the ceremony, he places the remaining ring on her
left hand, coupling it with the engagement ring. She reciprocates
with his wedding band, which may be a very different style.
For those who envision their wedding rings a bit differently,
there are his and her sets with both two and three rings. These are
made up of two similar unisex rings or a traditional set for her,
plus a matching band for him.
ENGAGEMENT RINGS for both her and him?
Everyone knows the future bride has an engagement ring, but did
you know the man may have one as well? The mans engagement band,
which can be any style preferred by the couple, often becomes a
right hand ring after the ceremony.
how to choose the rings
There are SO MANY wedding ring styles the selection may be
overwhelming at first. One way to approach the decision is to
consider what color metal you prefer, then your budget.
White or silver-colored rings, for example, range from premium
platinum in price down to extremely affordable stainless steel. In
between are white gold, silver, and gray/silver tungsten or
titanium.
Other ring colors include yellow or rose gold (moderately priced)
and black titanium or tungsten (easy on the pocketbook).
