Wedding Planning Cheat Sheet

Wedding Planning Cheat Sheet | MyOnlineWeddingHelp.com

When planning a wedding it’s easy to accidentally let something slip through the cracks because you thought of it too late or overlooked it.

Either way, you end up paying…with higher costs or by missing out on what you wanted. Avoid that by using this cheat sheet to help you stay organized as you plan your wedding.

Notice I’ve left off timings except for week of wedding and the day before. That’s because you may be planning for anywhere from two months to two years ahead of time.

Instead, I’ve sectioned off the tasks as:

This more closely reflects how you go about planning in “real life.”

You can see the cheat sheet below, but you probably want to get the document here.

You can save it to your computer then fill in columns and blanks beside each line item as well as print it (Note…if you are going to fill it in, save the file first because your notes won’t save if you make them to the online copy).

Thank you so so much for this. I was just starting to get over whelmed and decided to try to budget for a wedding planner, and the less expensive one is like $1000. Thank you again so much, I have confidence I can do this :)

So glad it helped, Caitlin. Rather than putting it into a timeline (because everyone has a different amount of time to plan!), I tried to order it how you’ll be thinking as the day gets closer. ~Bobette

Great planner; only one correction. The word is “officiant”. “Officiate” is the action, ‘officiant’ is the person.

    Thanks again,
    Celia
